Cari is the hospital manager of Gentle Care Animal Hospital and has worked at Gentle care since its doors opened in June of 1999. She has worked in kennel, grooming, as a vet tech, and as a receptionist before finally becoming the hospital manager.

She lives on an acreage with horses, cats, and dogs; many of them have come from working at the clinic. Her love of animals started on a farm, where she grew up in Iowa. She got her 1st pony at the age of 9, when it became obvious she was going to try and ride the cows! She’s been blessed to have had so many amazing pets over the years- each one bringing their own personality and joy to the family. When not at the clinic, Cari enjoys camping, trail riding, and an occasional canoe trip.
