To keep as many pets as possible healthy it's important for our schedule to be as up-to-date as possible. To ensure that our schedule remains current, we've recently updated our cancellation and no-show policies. For clients new to Gentle Care, we require a $50 scheduling fee for all new client appointments. This fee will be applied to your scheduled visit. If you cancel at least 24 hours or more prior to your scheduled appointment, we will issue you a refund. Clients who do not cancel within the policy window will forfeit their deposit regardless of booking date. Existing clients that fail to cancel their scheduled appointment 24 hour or more in advance will be charged a $50 "no-show" fee to their card on file.
